All of our events must be booked online and cannot be booked over the phone or instore. We have a number of different events at any one time however each event must be booked separately. To book tickets please click on the Events and Tickets menu at the top of the screen and then select which event you'd like to book.
Once you have selected your preferred event you will be shown all the information relating to the event and at the bottom of the page you can then select the Buy Tickets option. On the following page all the event dates and timeslots will be available for you to view, once you have selected your date and time all the different type of ticket options are shown.
Please be aware on some of our events there is a limit to the number of tickets available - once these tickets have sold out there will not be anymore available. Please do not phone the store to ask about ticket availability, this is a live booking system and store staff cannot override it.
Once your booking is confirmed, your tickets will be emailed directly to your inbox with a unique QR code. There's no need to print your tickets — simply show the QR code on your phone or device when you arrive and we'll scan you in.
After purchasing tickets, you can log in to your account using the login function on our website. A one-time passcode will be sent to your registered email address to securely access your bookings.
From your account, you can:
View all current and past bookings
Amend bookings up to 48 hours before the event start time
If you choose to amend a booking:
Your original tickets will be cancelled immediately
A voucher code will be emailed to you
The voucher will be valid for 7 days and can be used to book another event or time slot.
We strongly recommend checking your preferred time and date is available prior to clicking the Amend option as once your tickets are cancelled they are released for sale immediately.
All tickets are subject to a 5% booking fee, which is clearly displayed during the booking process
Tickets are non-refundable once booked.
All children must be accompanied by an adult to any event
In the unlikely circumstance that we need to cancel an event, booking fees are non-refundable.
Each event may also have its own specific terms and conditions. These will be displayed on screen before purchase. Please ensure you read and understand these before completing your booking.
